Refund policy
We offer a 14-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, with original tags attached, and returned in their original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@solisnewyork.com. Returns must be approved prior to being sent back; items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your item.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us promptly if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, so we can assess the issue and resolve it.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted on sale items, gift cards, custom or made-to-order pieces, or items that have been worn or used. If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us before initiating a return.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please return your original purchase (once approved) and place a new order separately.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and returned in original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of approval. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary by bank.
